NEOLIA.ch Accessibility Statement

In accordance with the Digital Accessibility Ordinance (OAN, RS 780.1) and WCAG 2.1 level AA recommendations, NEOLIA Sàrl is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

1. Scope of application

This statement covers all pages and content available at https://neolia.ch , as well as PDF documents and online forms. It does not apply to embedded third-party content (YouTube videos, external documents not hosted on neolia.ch).

2. Accessibility framework

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance and comply with the requirements of the Digital Accessibility Ordinance (DAO), which came into force on August 1, 2024, for public and private websites operating in Switzerland.

3. Level of compliance

Overall, NEOLIA.ch is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements:

  • Navigation elements, forms, and HTML structure are designed for use with keyboards and screen readers.

  • Color contrasts respect a minimum ratio of 4.5:1.

  • Images have alt attributes that describe their content.

Known limitations:

  • Some interactive graphics (image carousels) may have insufficiently labeled navigation buttons.

  • Some older PDFs are not fully tagged for accessibility.

4. Actions taken and roadmap

  • Accessibility audit carried out in May 2025 by a specialized external firm.

  • Correction plan launched to address non-compliant areas by the end of 2025.

  • User tests planned every semester with people with disabilities.

  • Continuous updating of the CMS and third-party components to ensure consistency of best practices.

We undertake to acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 working days and to offer you a solution within 15 days.

6. Revision of the declaration

This statement was published on June 18, 2025 and will be revised at least annually or with each major update to the site.
